MKC has some specific conditions of care to ensure that our cats are given a great outcome. Please tick the boxes below
- If at any stage I need to rehome my cat, I will not put it in the pound or on gumtree. I will contact MKC for advice

- I agree to seek vet treatment if my cat(s) are showing signs of illness (MKC also recommends adopters review Pet Insurance as an option)
- I agree to keep cat/s contained indoor or a secure run.
