Top Cat is marvellous. He settled into the adoption hub quickly and made it known that he is a SMOOCHER! 🥰 We have nothing but good things to say about it. He is just the best ❤️
He will talk and chat about his day with you and sit on the windowsill watching birds and world go by. Then he will request alllll the pats on his mighty cheeks and all over his body while he rolls around on the floor in bliss!
Even though he’s a bigger boy that doesn’t stop him climbing onto your lap just so he can be nice and close to you. Can you tell why we love him so much! 🥹
Top Cat would love to be a solo play pet (he is a good boy with other cats but I think he wants all your love rather than you sharing it with other animals 😅) he’d be good with kids too.

🦨Pepe loves to play and enjoys all his toys. He spends a lot of time chilling in cat trees or on windowsills looking out at the world
🦨Pepe Chips likes to sleep with foster mummy and has just started to learn to like having pats and sitting next to her on the lounge 🙌🏼
🦨He may get a bit anxious around food while he settles in yet he will eat his treats very gently from his foster mummies fingers. Chicken is his absolute hands down favourite treat
🦨Pepe likes to be number one, as he wouldn’t like to share my forever human with any other animals or children
🦨He really needs a human who will understand that he won’t want to be touched for perhaps a couple of months and will let him go at his own pace
You can slowly win him over with hand by feeding treats, playing with him and just loving him for who he is

This little spunk was born into a junkyard colony. Initially timid when first rescued with his siblings Zyla and Indi, he has now become the biggest personality and love bug of the 3 rescued kitties.
He loves his foster feline sisters and follows their lead.
Sage is the first waiting for food, greeting good morning, loves nose kisses, receiving pats and has started making biscuits on cat blankets… and loves the paparazzi mastering the head tilt!
Spray a little cat nip and I'll keep you entertained 😁
He is adventurous and loves to play, but as soon as the lights are out at night the house is quiet.
Sage also loves helping with the washing, sweeping the floor and toys (lots of toys he and his brother pull from the toy box).
If you have space in your heart and home for a beautiful little colony boy, Sage is purfect. He will need a little time to adjust into a new environment like most cats, but a little patience and understanding is all he needs.

This little smoochy lady is one of the most chilled out cats ever! She’s so lowkey and easy to be around, a real dream if you’re busy during the day but wanna come home to some snuggles and love at night ❤️
When she came to us we didn’t see much of her for a few days until she realised we were a safe place and wanted to give her nothing but pats and affection (and treats!) and she totally turned around. She loves hanging out with you where ever you are and just enjoy the company you are giving her 😌
Her coat is tabby but with a rich red colouring throughout 😍 it’s soooo beautiful in the sunlight!

Stevie is a confident boy, he will come and sit on the lap and give massages even to people he's never seen before.
He loves cuddles, sleeps a lot but loves occasional play, he is finding regular strings irresistible. He's got the most softest fur we’ve ever touched. He is sweet and affectionate.
Stevie is an awesome cat that loves to be around people, other animals and also loves to bird and people watch through the window.
🐈Stevie was rescued in October 2020 when his originally family could not longer keep him. Stevie is missing one eye, otherwise he is a very healthy boy. With previous family he used to live with other cat and a couple of dogs.

Most of you will remember the rescue of Ester and Cookie from a really sad set of circumstances and neglect from Pyrmont back in November 2022
🍪Cookie has had a rocky start coming into the MKC and she's had so much love and time from so many people helping her to get over so many hurdles and like any other cat she rightfully deserves to be adopted 🥰
🍪If you remember she came to MKC with her bestie Ester who unfortunately lost as she was very poorly, she moved around a bunch, had to deal with a bung leg, learned to love humans again, lost her leg, and deal with various other foster kittens. She is possibly one of our most resilient cats who has a tonne of will to carry on and learn that humans are pretty awesome
🍪Cookie's journey to learn how to cat again has come to the point where it's now time to find Cookie her forever home
She has the sweetest meow in the world according to her foster carers
🍪Cookie needs a patient and confident carer. She needs space to feel safe and her trust is gained over time your efforts will be rewarded by her quirky nature
🍪She loves food which is your shortcut to building trust – Cookie's very open to bribes in exchange for pats and scratches
She loves all food but especially any leftover roast chicken 🍗
🍪Cookie would be happiest in a quieter home without preschool kids but she does well with older kids
🍪She loves the company of other cats and is pretty tolerant of kittens but would need a slow introduction
🍪She is pretty low maintenance and doesn’t get up to much mischief with only 3 legs so house plants and curtains are safe from her🪴
🍪Cookie loves a bit of laser pointer action and is surprisingly fast on three legs
🍪She loves a scratch behind the ears once comfortable and settled in
🍪She's recently learned how to climb on the couch for pats and chill 👏🏼
🍪Her potential adopter will receive a tonne of support from MKC and her beautiful foster carer as we ensure that she settles in beautifully and help you with any questions you may have during her transition period

Remember mama grey Willow that was left outside a vet clinic with her six kittens back in March with a sad surrender note from her owner?
Willow has been patiently waiting her forever home! She’s done a great job in nursing her kittens and the kittens have all found amazing homes, so now it’s her turn to shine.
🌸 Willow is a friendly and happy kitty. She likes to play and people watch on the windowsills. Neigbour waves at her as they walk by and she absolutely is enjoying the attention.
She also loves to be close to her carers and see what everyone is doing. She loves to follow her carers around the house, and she even follows when her carer is vacuuming around the house!🤣
Willow is confident and happy to have visitors over. She also loves to curl around her carer’s neck and fall asleep on her carer’s shoulders. Willow enjoy sleeping on the bed at night and will demand a pat before sleep time. She will be a loving companion for the right person/family.
Willow have also trained herself to use a small bell to remind her carers when her meals are overdue. 🤣
She is very tidy with her litter. Willow is fine with other cats after a proper introduction but she secretly prefers to be an only cat. Willow is best suited to a home with no young children.
